I have a couple of gym buddies.  They speak very little English, and I speak very little Korean.  Still, we're kind to each other.  One of them agreed to take some pictures of me while doing this exercise.  Hmmm!  Maybe I should ask him to help me make some videos too.  Time will tell.
     Usually, they come to the gym later than I do, so they aren't there to spot for me.  But then, I've never seen Korean guys spot one another while exercising.

     Upon finishing, a spotter could be helpful.  It's difficult sitting up and putting the dumbbells on the floor.
