    I've not bothered to find out what that Korean sign says (Lazy me).  Perhaps I should find out!

  14. barbell flat chest press 60 x 8

I talked with a doctor about that bump on my back.  He said "It's not cancer."  Yes!  I guess he read my mind and knew what to say.  He continued to say, "It's basically a blob of fat that will grow, but can be removed through general surgery."
