Gym Diary: Wednesday, January 16, 2013

     My gym does not have an apparatus that will accommodate and incline bench well so that I can do incline barbell chest presses.  I would use dumbbells more often for this, but, usually, there is no one around who can help me lift the heavy dumbbells into starting position.  So, today I surrendered to using a machine assisted apparatus.  I'd rather not do chest presses this way, because I feel like I'm cheating and am not getting the best exercise.  However, I won't overrule any chance that I can gain some benefit.
