Gym Diary: Tuesday, January 15, 2013


     I want to like what I see in the mirror, so I do what I think will help.  I really don't care what other's think.  Flattery (and some is aimed at me now and then) really doesn't affect me much one way or the other.  I won't dress a certain way for anyone.  I won't wear my hair a certain way for anyone.  I won't change my eating, drinking, sleeping habits, or any other habit for anyone else.... Well, if the paycheck is big enough, might consider SOME changes.  If I love the guy enough and if he has made it clear to the whole world that he loves me too, I might consider SOME changes.  Still, I'd rather present myself as I am... no sugar coating... no perks... no special sauce, and that's that.  When I post pictures of myself on blogs and profiles, the point is simply to let people know what I look like, period.  My camera is sort of like a mirror, so I do some twists and turns, tuck my tummy in, expand my chest a bit and SNAP!

     On today, I enjoyed focusing on some leg and lower back exercises.
