Gym Diary: Friday, March 29, 2013

     "Home Plus" is a supermarket - department store across town that I like to visit to purchase stuff I can't find at places closer to home.  I like to buy the plain yogurt they have in half-gallon jugs, packs of a dozen or so frozen chicken breasts, and whole grain cereals among other items.  When I go there, I know I'm going to spend about 150,000 Korean wons, so I don't mind the taxi fares for going and returning home.  

     I'm looking forward to enjoying a long workout session at the gym on tomorrow.  I think I'll enjoy a salad dinner on the way home from that.
