Gym Diary: Friday, December 7, 2012


     The roads and sidewalks were clear when I rode my bike to and from the gym.  While eating my lunch back at home, the snow began coming down.


     I was still dealing with sinus congestion and a slight pain in my left shoulder, so I kept my workout short on this day.  I was thinking, also, that I'd bring my camera to the gym on the next day (Saturday) and make some video clips while enjoying a long workout session.
