Gym Diary: Tuesday, December 4, 2012

     I don't want a great big massive body (big legs, big arms, big, big, big).  What I want is a body that looks pretty good for a man my age.  I enjoy seeing some definition.  I enjoy keeping my weight between 68 - 73 kg.  I enjoy keeping my waistline under control.  I enjoy burning fat.  Simply put, I enjoy working out and I enjoy rewards I get from it.



      I had a cold, from the neck up, on this day, so I didn't feel like doing a whole lot of huffing and putting.  Still, I rode my bike to the gym.  What a cold windy day!  While there, I focused on some lower back and side abs exercises.
   See the machine in the above picture.  I call it the "Butt machine."
