Gym Diary: Wednesday, December 5, 2012

     On this day, I was dealing with a cold from the neck up.  My head felt stuffed, and my nose was doing that cold thing, which made it difficult to huff and puff too much.  Still I managed to do some working out at my usual time.

  3. crunches (sitting on a ball) 20

  15. crunches (sitting on the floor, ball between my knees) 23
