Gym Diary: Monday, February 25, 2013








      I've noticed that the Smith machine is more difficult that it looks.  The bar apparatus is must weight about 10 kilograms without additional plates.  I shouldn't get too spoiled with it though.  It doesn't help with my balancing act.
